Project Description
The project addresses the increase in the reliability of complex electronic systems, regardless of their field of application. The aim is to capture reliability-relevant parameters automated, structured and systematically with tool support over the entire life cycle of a product, to identify interactions, to correlate parameters and failure situations and to make these findings preventively available for maintenance and design.
